Everyone at this clinic from the receptionist to the doctors are fantastic! They take care of my babies with the upmost care and love. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks!
I’m going to give a 4 star because the care we received immediately was amazing and the staff was kind. We brought our puppy in for parvo testing on March 26th and when he tested positive for parvo they where quick acting and I do believe they tried their best to get him better and worked quickly. The staff was kind. The problem came when it was time to go home for the day and he needed a transfer to the vet hospital. Because the vet didn’t call the vet hospital they wouldn’t accept us as a transfer. Sango vet DID try their best to make the move over smooth, they gave us a bah with medicine, fluids, and an entire patient chart the vet hospital should have been able to use but they refused to accept it. Because of this we where left waiting for almost two hours of no treatment while the puppy was already critical. We made the decision to drive to Franklin TN to the pet hospital who got us in immediately and accepted the patient chart. Unfortunately after three hours of no treatment by time we got to the pet hospital in Franklin he was in the beginning stages of sepsis. And he couldn’t fight anymore we had to say our goodbyes. It’s unfortunate there is no overnight care because I believe this would elevate the experience here. The team is amazing and kind. It’s just very unfortunate no one is there overnight. Thank you for the care you gave while he was there.
P.s. it would also help if there was at least an an on call vet, because I could have gotten through to someone about possibly calling the pet hospital but it was impossible to reach anyone so they could give a call to the pet hospital.
