First time there today. Our furbaby was very unwell and they were able to see us right away and did all they could for him, and to put us at ease. Our furbaby unfortunately did not make it, but they went out of their way to provide him with care and compassion while we went through this difficult time. My other furbaby who was also unwell, they were also able to get in immediately and also treated her with such kindness and quality care. Amazing staff, and they went above and beyond. We will be taking all of our other animals here because even though we went through a loss today, we had such a positive experience with such caring staff and vets.
My furrbaby Bobcat is forever getting his face into something this is the second time they have had to sew him up! They are so kind and considerate and loving not like another place in Cleveland that I won’t mention Thanks love u guys

My elderly dog is on medication. It has to be filled and approved every month. Every month Walgreens sends multiple requests and this place will not fill until i call and ask the vet to fill request. This has happened nearly every single time. Now its time for yearly checkup and I will be finding a different vet
