They are very caring and very knowledgeable. I trust them completely. The staff up front is very friendly. Dr. Michell is AMAZING!!!
I called on a Thursday because my Yorkie was throwing up brown liquid (which smelled like feces). They were unable to give me an appointment to see vet, but I could drop him off Friday morning and he would be worked in (at an additional charge of $14 that I was not made aware of). I provided them a stool sample and a sample of him getting sick just before dropping him off. After bloodwork, IV treatment, they sent me home with medicine to give him and special food. I couldn’t even get him to drink water that evening and all through the night he kept throwing up every time he moved. Saturday morning I gave him some water with a syringe which he couldn’t keep down. I gave him prescribed medicine at 10am and by 11am he had passed away laying on rug at back door. Not once did a staff member or vet call to check on him!!! I would not recommend this clinic and will take my lab elsewhere.
I took Jackie Boy for his shots and nail clip. They did a great job.
The entire staff is very friendly. Dr. Mitchell is very knowledgeable.I drive from Nashville to use this clinic and the level of service they provide is worth the drive
