Dr. Black and the entire staff are passionate and kind. I have been taking my dogs there for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. They even made having to have them put down as nice as it could be.
Cedar Bluff Animal Clinic is by far the best Vet in Knoxville, TN. Dr. Black and her staff are consistently quick to respond, follow up, and give guidance when I am being an anxious pet mom. Dr. Black herself is phenomenal. They go above and beyond by offering accommodations that are out of their norm. They are gentle, kind, and compassionate with my dog, who tends to be very anxious. I have a senior dog that had AVDD stage 2. Ut Veterinary Hospital has placed her on complete bed rest. For 4 weeks and the assessment again by my Vet. After researching treatment for my little girl, I think they have the best way to treat Misty with cold laser and meds and therapy. I don?t see them for 3 weeks because of the Neurological Team at UT thinks she may heal without surgery after completing 4 weeks of bed rest. After the website I felt safe in taking my Senior dog there. Cedar Bluff Animal Clinic on Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN. They do everything possible, I know because they had been my Vet for 30 years.
I take both my dogs and both my cats here and the doctors are knowledgeable and kind and clearly love all the animals they see. The staff is friendly and thoughtful and helpful. The office is always clean and welcoming. I feel very safe bringing my furbabies here!
