I don’t know what we would do without Village! They have taken excellent care of our family’s animals for over 30 years. I know that Dr. Lehman, Dr. Leach, Dr. Jenkins, and all the other docs, as well as Marilyn, Ashton and the techs and nurses truly care for all the animals that come through their doors. My dogs are on a first-name basis with the kennel techs 😂 Their services are so affordable compared to other options, and the docs always give me a straightforward and honest explanation of whatever I need. So grateful to have them in our community â¤ï¸
I took my robo dwarf hamster, miss nugget, to the village vet for her first visit a month back and they were amazing. About a week ago I took her there again because she was bleeding and had to make the sad decision to put the old girl down. Everyone there was so friendly. I even got a really nice note from them in the mail. It’s a nice feeling to know that even my smallest animals can get help and love from amazing people. I appreciate everything you’ve done. â¤ï¸
Took scout one day and was told one thing, and took him again the next day and was told something different, and with a much higher price. When I told the vet that the new procedure and price was beyond my limit, he actually acted exasperated.
WORST SERVICE! everytime I call the front desk people always have a bad attitude and can’t ever help with anything. They always respond with “I think” as if they don’t know what they’re talking about. I asked to speak to the manager and she replied with “I am the manager”. I asked to file a complaint and they left me on hold and then they proceeded to hang up on me. NEVER BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!!
