I have been using this clinic for the past 5 years, today I called to get my dogs vaccination records for a grooming apt and the phone has been disconnected. Looked online and it show’s “temporarily closed”. Apparently the clinic closed in July and I was not notified at all, no way to get my dogs records. We just had his yearly appointment in May with no mention of closing. This is so disappointing and very unprofessional.
SMALL ANIMALS ONLY
Misleading telling someone this place is for puppies when they only accept small breed puppies and dogs, or cats. I was unable to see how amazing this place could have been due to not being accepted to take my sick two month old pup in due to her larger breed (shepherd).
Overall great experience. They were very helpful and took great care of our dog! Would definitely recommend as staff was very kind and patient as well.
Always a great with my pets. Wonderful and friendly staff.
