BluePearl saved my cats life. I’m very grateful.

Everyone here was so wonderful and sweet, and so caring towards my dog. The vet techs really took the time to listen to me about my concerns and even when they took her back to assess her, the vet tech brought out pics of my dog so I could see she was calm and safe and snuggled in a blanket. Even the phone call I made before coming in, the receptionist took her time and wasn?t rushed when talking to me. Overall a great experience when I was worried and they made me feel so much better.

Please do not bring your pets here; I recently came in for my cat who was already having a UTI problem and was seen by his vet and currently was being treated. I took him to Blue Pearl because I had noticed him not eating and I was really concerned with him and his action towards eating his food. When I got there one of the front desk receptionist was rude and forced my cat into a carrier, and when they took him back to draw blood and lab work I could here him scream which he typically does not do at the vet for anything; the doctor treating him claimed he knocked everything down and was trying to scratch during the labs and was really rough. When his labs came back they acted like he was on deaths doorstep because his White Blood Cell count was low and they needed to keep him for 2 nights which would have costed over $4,000 or offered to put him to sleep which was highly unusual for a cat that had really good labs and blood work besides the WBC being low. All they cared about was the money and preyed on my emotions towards my cat and being so scared of the cost.

The staff at BluePearl were SO helpful, efficient, kind, and professional when I brought my dog in for emergency stitches. I am so grateful for them! Highly recommend!
