Love this place!
I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Twark. She is an awesome person and when our dog Lucy was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of mammary cancer, she did two surgeries on her for a very discounted price to try and eradicate the cancer. Even let me drop Lucy off there after hours. When we ultimately had to let Lucy cross the rainbow bridge, she and her husband were so kind to us. After that, however, when we brought our cats in for routine vaccinations, Dr. Twark?s staff of vet techs were not following mask protocols during the height of the pandemic. When I asked one of the techs that anyone coming into our exam room please wear a mask, she got smart with me and told me they didn’t have to if they didn?t want to. We took our cats and left without being seen and haven?t been back. It?s a shame because we like Dr. Twark and she did all she could to help Lucy but her staff is awful. My only other critique is that wait times even when you had an appointment are astronomical.
They listened to me from the front desk to the techs to the vet. I like hearing all the suggestions. the people were kind to me and my dog.
