Very rude office manager, Jenny. Combative and argumentative instead of apologizing when they didnt have the RX nexguard ready for me. Odd that it takes 24 hours to have it ready, a small vet that is not very efficient. Larger vets ask for 1 hour notice. This isnt a cancer pill or antibiotic. When they didnt have it ready in 24 hours, office manager rudely calls me and wants to argue. Weird enough they were super covid scared for 2.5 years you had to stay in your car and not allowed in vet office. Drs are very and qualified and nice, but stay away from inefficient administration
