We had been taking our dog there for a few months. When our dog broke her leg, they said they were too busy to see her. For the next few months we got different doctors telling us different things at every visit. Lots more happened but very poor experience over all. Maybe the only positive is that it?s convenient if you need other supplies from Petsmart, but otherwise, I?d look for another vet.
I felt like the lady at the hospital was rude, but she helped me some. My Veterinarian office recommended I get my dog’s nails trimmed at Banfield, but Banfield sent me over to the Spa. My Veterinarian said not to go to the Spa next door to Banfield. Banfield said they only clip dog’s nails for regular patients at their hospital. I’m like wth!
