I am so grateful to the staff at this facility! Compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I couldn’t imagine the service being any better especially considering the stressful situation (my dog was bit by a venomous snake). Quick response to my concerns and in addressing my dog’s emergency; I felt as comfortable as possible that my dog was in the best hands.
The front desk staff that I spoke with was so kind and responsive; this was extremely helpful since I was really scared and unsure about where to take her since it was early Sunday morning and her regular vet was closed. She made a positive first impression for the facility. My experience from start to finish was all positive!
