5 Reviews on “Star of Texas Veterinary Hospital”
Our dog has some needs (anxiety, fear, etc.). We’ve been to several vets in different states and none have treated HIM as well as they have at Star of Texas Vet Hospital. Their attention to his needs was immediate and obvious. Lots of treats and great care. Cannot recommend enough.
Really amazing vets, they?ve always taken care of our cats and dogs
I was first referred to Star of Texas when my dog needed surgery for a luxating patella. I have trusted them with the care of three of my pets and have never been disappointed.
The visit went very well. Dr Sabo and Sara the vet tech were quick, thorough, and answered all my questions. They were also super sweet to my cat Gunther. I appreciate their kindness.
I took my dog in for a severe medical emergency when my normal vet couldn?t take him. The staff had never dealt with me or my dog before but treated him with the utmost urgency and respect. They were very sincere and honest when it came time to give the not so favorable prognosis and quickly arranged to transfer him to an emergency vet hospital for surgery when we decided that?s what we wanted to do. Unfortunately our pup didn?t make it. The staff at Lone Star took it upon themselves to follow up with the hospital we were transferred to and then sent us a handwritten card expressing their condolences for our loss. All this after one time bringing our pet in. I was speechless when we got the card. The care and attention Lone Star gave us, complete strangers, is something I will never forget. We are petless right now, but should we get another in the future we will without a doubt be bringing them to Lone Star for their care. Thank you guys so very much for everything.
