Absolutely abysmal service. We waited in the car for 3 hours before they came out to get our cat. I felt so horrible taking my cat to this strip mall clinic sandwiched between a ham restaurant and a past-its-prime Cici’s pizza. Next time I’m taking my cat and going straight to the Oso clinic. They didn’t even let us inside, they kept him in there for 4 hours doing God knows what until the doctor finally took one look at him and charge us $1300 for a simple dehydration. And don’t even think about coming in with a cat, they cater to dogs mostly and obviously prioritize them. In all my life I have never seen a business this horrible, and I’ve lived in corpus for almost 10 years! No exaggerating here, I’m pretty sure this is the first one star review I’ve made in years.
Horrible experience, they have no empathy or care for our cat who sadly passed. This emergency clinic was our only option because VCA Oso creek animal doctor was in surgery (which is the best emergency hospital) and my cat was just not going to last any longer to wait for the doctor. I’m so disappointed with the service they gave us and they didn’t even seem welcoming. The euthanizing process was quick and they weren’t even gentle with him, we just found out at the VCA emergency hospital that he had cancer and was suffering which was our only option for him to not suffer. The vet and crew just had no kindness towards our beloved cat and just did less than bare minimum of a job. Seemed like nobody there was dedicated to their job andI do not recommend this place if you love your animals and would want them to be in good hands. If I was able to, I wouldn’t even give them a star.
