Really wish I had a decent experience here. They had inventory of cat food and cool accessories. I made an appointment and arrived with my kitty that has a swollen paw. The vet literally tried to change me $400 for a xray. I asked is this a Sunday price? I told her I had to call my wife, I was waiting in the room for 45 minutes, to the point of walking out. She told me she will be back in a few. I told to send me home with some meds. Inflammation and pain meds which cost me over $130.00. Way overcharge for service charge to look and touch the paw to make a quick decision of a xray. The cat doesnt efen cry or have any pain when we put pressure on it. I came in at 440- 550 to be told she think the kitty needs an xray. I went to my vet that wasn’t open on Sunday. They told me it was just dislocated. Extremely upset with the East Lake, they just want your money. If you can’t tell the difference, try google!
