If you are looking for a vet who will not try to get every dollar out of you, skilled, knowledgeable, and only recommend necessary services, this is the place. They are extremely transparent on pricing. They will let you know how much everything is going to cost before performing any work and they will not try to charge you or pressure you to do unnecessary services or buy products from them. Highly recommend
They have the best staff and only recommend what’s needed at the time.
I found the doctor who is the owner to be extremely condescending. When I attempted to clarify some if the information his tech had shared, he became defensive and said that he was the doctor, so I should defer to his expertise. As a physician myself (which I did not share with the owner,) I found this behavior to be paternalistic and outdated. Shared decision making and transparency only serve to enhance care, not detract from it. I will not take my dogs back to this establishment. I want a doctor who will listen.
