Exellent patient trreatment
This place is very disorganized and they’re very rude to their patients. My fiance and other patients have told me the nurses will get in your face or have been known to kick your chair to wake you up. My fiance has called ahead of time to get an early appointment and was told that there was one available only to be told the day before his time was later (leaving him to have to leave early to keep from missing a flight out of town) he’s supposed to be getting procrit as well as an antibiotic only to be told today that thet were not aware of this. They will talk to eachother while other patients machines are going off, ignoring them…My fiance has moved centers, but has not moved companies so you’d think his information would be in their computer system. If given the choice to go to this center, DON’T DO IT!!
There is some nurses that make of you and talk trash while you are sleeping and for the most part most them are nice an are there to help you . There’s only three nurses that I know that don’t have any respect towards the patients there
June 26,2020 I received devastating news that I had kidney failure, I was than informed that I would be attending US Renal Care on North Central Expressway75243(the other location),Once I got there I didn’t receive a warm welcome at all, management did not come in introduce themselves in addition to that no one informed me about the covid policy than had the nerve to get upset because I didnt follow it,this is the killer part when I told the staff that I couldn’t breath one day she clearly stated to me I high jack the conversation, unbelievable right. Now the nurse Shaw** is the most controlling, disrespectful, aggressive and rude person I have ever came across like clockwork she bullies me every Friday and tries to ruin my day as if I’m not going through enough,she never puts me on on time,than when I ask what’s going on because she put everyone else on time she states, She is not my personal nurse… I have had enough of this.. when I’ve been level headed. The staff basically always point the finger at me and never take ownership… I will be writing BBB as well…. I have been dealing with this for 7 months.
