Find a vet that cares about the human clients as much as they do their four-legged clients. They dropped me as a client because I forgot an appointment and then because I had to cancel an appointment (which I offered to pay for). This was during COVID and we lost my dad and my wife’s mom a month of one another. It was an absolutely devastating time for my family. I could understand if I were given a warning. I would also have been willing to pay a fine. Instead, they just let me know that I was permanently dropped as a client.

I called this vet to make an appointment for my furry kids! The receptionist was amazing and was very patient with me, she also got answers I needed while on the phone! I cannot wait to meet them in person!
