My hamsters visit was a great experience thanks to the Front Desk Staff members, to the Technician, and the Doctor, all played a part in making a wonderful difference!
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a kind and friendly front desk staff member, who had a wonderful kind smile.
I was very thankful for the technician who worked with my hamster, who thoughtfully covered my hamster up with a tissue when she was very scared in the examining box. By doing that she did relax and ran under the tissue and stop scratching. I was very appreciative of the extremely helpful printed information that our technician gave us at the end of our visit.
Our doctor was very kind, caring, knowledgeable, and was able to resolve my hamsters issue on one visit. I appreciate that the plan of action was to sedate my hamster for the procedure so that they would be able to do a thorough job on correcting all of her teeth issues, and also helping my hamster not be so scared and more relaxed.
I am so thankful for all of the time that our Technician and Veterinarian spent with my hamster and with me it was very much appreciated! Jon Snowball is doing so much better! Thank you again!
