Our small dog was possibly chocolate poisoned. I understand it?s a business but they will literally let your dog die in front of you if you don?t make the full amount right away. They will absolutely not work with you, total bill was $1500 and we asked to work out some kind of payment plan or if we could pay 75{514b0205455bd94d58f08f0186b5a83d355a1aa7b9101014c5e3cdfacb0155e3} of it that day (3am) and the rest on Monday but they would rather let your dog die over remaining $300 then let you pay the next day or so. They?re in the business of making money which I kind of get but the lack of sympathy for pets health or the pandemic is disgusting. Try a different pet hospital for better care of your pet.
Money-first kind of place. My cat was dying and they were more concerned about the $160 to look at him than anything else. Go to sunset, its down the street, way more compassionate and fairly priced.
Our 12 old lab had TPLO surgery Nov. 2021 @ Blue Pearl-Greeway. Since late Dec 2021, our dog has done poorly & recently took turn for the worst. We called numerous times & ask to speak w the Dr. Only heard back from Vet Tech. The Doctor never bothered to call. This may be SOP for a Big Chain. Sad you pay $6000 for such poor follow up. Disappointed
We had a great experience here with TPLO surgery for my dogs.
Nice enough people but why was I charged $223 for 5 minutes with the doctor? Their consultation fee is $223????! Absolutely ridiculous.
