?Lovely professional experience everytime we have come here my doggie has always been well taken care of. This will definitely be?? Charlotte’s vet home for all her needs. Thank you again to everyone that has always been kind and sweet.?
The staff is the sweetest! They took such good care of my cat during his neuter and even kept him the night before for me. My new puppy was so happy with them and they all were kind and careful with his wiggliness. Truly a great veterinary hospital with a fantastic staff.
First time puppy owner and have had the best experience with Dr. Jennings and every staff member we?ve met (which is probably everyone since puppies have lots of visits)! We had an emergency about a week ago and I was so impressed and grateful for how well they took care of our little guy. I absolutely trust them completely to give the very best care possible. They always follow up every appointment (even just puppy shots)
with a call or text the next day to see how he?s doing or if I have any questions. Excellent, clean, and friendly practice!
Very disappointed they tried to sell me everything possible when all I wanted was my dog to be checked for an ear problem really expensive
Haven is awesome. Dr. Jennings and Lynnlee are so sweet to my dog Freya (she’s a rescue) and they have you in and out. They send out text reminders for you and you can do curbside or in office. They always have a raffle going on as well. The staff make sure all rooms are cleaned and ready to go. Family dog approved!!
