When will Google allow 0 stars? This place doesn’t understand the meaning of customer service. The staff is rude and the wait time to be seen is ridiculous even when they barely have any clients. Staff will bad mouth customers when they call and they will try to overcharge you for services you don’t need. I will never go here and urge others to do the same; the owner doesn’t seem to care.
Don’t know much about the place but I guess it’s good
These lovely people took excellent care of my kittens when I took them to get chipped and again a few days later when one of them had a hurt leg. My only gripe is I wish they would get rid of the cloth cushions. I am always worried about the germs or perhaps a fur baby pee?d on the cushion. Just the wooden benches would be perfect.
Will be bringing the girls back anytime we need medical treatment.
