My dog Brody had severe pancreatitis and had to be hospitalized for several days at this hospital. The doctors, front desk staff, and nurses were phenomenal. The doctors gave frequent, thorough updates especially Dr. Su. Dr kiegel recommended a full abdominal ultrasound which ultimately gave us the information we needed for how we needed to proceed with Brody’s care and was SO patient with all of our questions. The nurses Gracia, Hannah, Jamie, and Anna were so comforting and helpful with the whole process. My dog is doing well and their great care saved my precious old man’s life!??
We took our dog in and had a less than positive experience yesterday.
They roomed us and forgot about us then rushed to get us out.
Was not what we expected from this clinic.
I have had to use them a few times for emergencies with my dogs.. Unfortunately we had to put our oldest dog down a few nights ago. I already loved this place before but they gave us so much love and sympathy, Made us feel so comfy and explained everything in detail to us.. As much as i’m broken hearted from loosing our 14 year old baby i couldn’t ask for a better place to be. Thank you CreekSide.
