I have absolutely no complaints! The staff was extremely kind, and efficient. They discussed everything they were wanting to achieve and helped me adjust the options to better fit my budget. They were very loving to my fur babies and worked hard to make them comfortable. It was the best Veterinary experience I’ve had in years!
So very caring and professional…a great combination! They were awesome with our Lillie and took time to explain everything needed done and costs associated. Can’t say enough good about the entire experience or the entire staff!!!!
Hands down the best vet experience/visit my doggy & I have ever had. The staff was friendly, worked quickly & efficiently, and made us feel at ease. Our lil doggo didn?t yip/bite/get uncomfortable at all with their staff.
DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO BRING YOUR FURRY LOVED ONES!! I had an emergency and they fit me in right away!! Had never been here before but the staff were extremely friendly, extremely understanding, and helped so much!! Dr. Rebecca Martin was amazing. She was very thorough, eased my anxieties , and answered all my questions. The office visit was very reasonably priced and it was cheaper than taking my dog to her regular veterinarian in BEAUMONT !! Definitely switching our vet!! Even though the office is in Nederland, it definitely is worth the drive for quality care for your furry family and peace of mind.
