Dr. Lovell has been our Vet for over 12 years and counting. He and his team are beyond professional, courteous, knowledgeable and their love & care for animals is exceptional!
They are super friendly and great with my Hank who is epileptic and a little iffy about being picked up. They were so patient and kind. Unfortunately, I didn?t research ahead and found out they don?t take Care Credit. The other issue was when I made the appointment I told them I wanted an annual exam and to do his blood work to make sure his medicine levels were good. It was communicated to me that the price I was quoted did not include the bloodwork and that would only be ordered after the doctor was able to exam him. They wanted over $400 for the blood work so it will have to wait. How they explained it made sense but I do wish that was communicated to me when I made the appointment since I was clear on why I was making the appointment.
