We were sent to Animal Emergency Room this past Saturday from Banfield because Tod had not eaten anything in almost a week. He had been vomiting and that stopped but still was not eating and he was lethargic. They took xrays but couldn’t tell if he had swallowed something or if there was another problem.
We called to let them know we were on the way with him and they got him in for an ultrasound as quickly as they could.
We saw Dr Hill and she was very thorough explaining what she saw and what it may be and gave us multiple options based off of her medical opinion. She was very concerned about his health. We opted for surgery since we didn’t know if there was a foreign body in his intestine that he could not pass.
They had him in surgery within the hour and called us to let us know they had found something that was the size of a quarter caught in his intestine but was going to explore a little more to make sure it was the only thing there.
They called to update us once he was in recovery to let us know he was alert and they were going to keep an eye on him through the night.
We got a few calls and we called in a few times to just check on him to see how he was doing.
We picked him up this morning at 5am and couldn’t be happier with the care he received.
Thank you everyone for taking care of our little Naughty Toddy and getting him back on track to feeling like his self again!

This was the only place that had time to take my cat to do x-rays and help him with his pain. I’m so thankful for everything they did. We called about 12 to 14 Vets to see if they can help our cat that had a broken leg. We had to put our cat to sleep but they gave us the time we needed to be with him and didn’t make us feel rushed or anything. Thank you so much for taking care of our Nashville
The AER staff helped my family and I find answers to our questions. It?s hard to see our pet in a difficult time where we have to rush them to the emergency room but AER was amazing with us and my baby! Thank you as well to Gen for being so compassionate with us and staying by our sides. She?s truly a light.

If I could give more stars I would! My fur baby got bit by a rattlesnake and they took such good care of her getting her in immediately and seen, the staff was so sweet and helpful through this scary time for us. I just wanna say a big thank you to you all for being so amazing and I seriously appreciate the way y’all took care of my baby she means the world to me so this means a lot!
