Extremely slow customer service. Stood in line forever while they helped other customers behind me first.
We have been trying to get an appt forever and we have the Wellness Plan. Yesterday they called to ask if I could change my 10:15 am appt. To noon and I said that was fine. Then I had to change mine because my school had early release and my schedule changed. I called and they told me to come at 4:45 pm. I got there and the receptionist told me that they would have to reschedule because I wAs too late. I told here about the time and she asked who I had talked to and I said that I didn?t know. So we have to cancel our Pet Hotel and plans. I cancelled my Wellness plan because for several years I have been paying for nothing.
Only drop off appointments the wellness plans are a rip off
