They were great and very accommodating to all of my questions I had. They were also a very good price!
The vets (Amy Moon, DVM, Jeannette) falsified a health check up on my kitten just so they could up charge me for grooming… they put my kitten’s life in danger and that is not okay! The exam report said that my cat’s fur was in great condition and that he “appeared” to be healthy.. My cat had big mats all over his body so his fur was not fine! These vets didn’t even take a look at him! They just made up a check up report so that they could go through with anesthesia! That is malpractice and fraud. They put my cat’s life in danger because they didn’t even check his heart!!! My cat has at least a grade 3 heart murmur and they did not even tell me that is a risk to put him under. Nor did they put it on his exam report! Why would you people do this (Amy Moon, DVM, Jeannette)!? Shame on you. You are lucky my cat is alive.
Animal Medical Clinic was not my Vet Clinic, My clinic was not available for an emergency for my Chihuahua, and I have to say that Animal Medical was the best service that I have ever experienced at a clinic. I will be going there from now on. Love Dr Amy and their staff!!
I have received excellent care here. Dr Mary saw us through the toughest times and the good times as well. Cas is an excellent assistant also. Thank you for the care we received
Very thorough in terms of what?s happening and what?s expected as a customer. My dog was as comfortable as possible given the situation. Not a better vet clinic in Bountiful
