The staff took wonderful care of my cockatiel, Zulu. Prices were fair and we went over additional services and were explained why they recommended additional services but did not pressure me at all. I was able to get a bag of nutriberries in a new flavor for my birdie at a fantastic price. Glad to have found a great exotic vet for my cockatiel and glad to have him on their books for future visits.
Great in general
Took my cat in for the first time for a minor emergency. They were very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, and helped me get informed on how to keep my kitty healthy. Great folks!
We brought Matilda in to be seen for egg-binding that had broken up inside her. The vet broke her wing, refused to take responsibility and while they treated her broken wing, they did not treat her for the broken egg shells inside her, and she wound up dying as a result. On top they really are insisting I pay them for treatment costs for the wing THEY broke.
