***Edit: I once left an amazing review for Quail point. After today I will be revoking that review. I have witnessed some amazing Vets and Techs but the receptionist KAYLA is an absolute tyrant. If you read through these reviews it’s not a one time thing and I’m absolutely amazed that she still has a job here. A bad day is one thing but it seems to be a continuous issue that has not been addressed. The disrespect my husband was shown today was absolutely unacceptable. If it’s acceptable to treat us this way, how are they treating our beloved pets? I am a paid in full costumer who at one point enjoyed my experience but will be moving on. I do not recommend this facility.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. We are new to the area and had an emergency. These guys got us in and taken care of as quickly as possible. Staff is friendly and listened to all of our concerns. Will definitely be keeping these guys as our regular vet.
Have been here several times and have spent alot of money here. The Vets and techs have been great however the front desk staff specifically (KAYLA) is extremely rude each and every every time both in person and over the phone. I understand that everyone has a bad day but after a repetitive negative experience dealing with Kayla at the front desk it makes me question management here as well as the rest of the staff. This is not the first negative review for Kayla and if management won’t do anything about it, it really makes me wonder how our pets are being treated. I will be moving on and taking by business elsewhere from this point. I do not recommend this facility.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a emergency for my service dog that needed help right then,I was told $85+ if it was urgent care, so I went and paid $13 to go get what I needed.
After 14 years, it was time to put our beloved companion dog to rest. This was not an easy or quick decision for us and everyone at Quail Pointe helped us gently through this process.
The staff was caring, calm, and patient. I was so grateful to have both Doctor and Vet Tech focused and intentional on our needs at that moment. It really makes a difference when you are treated with respect and love – not just rushed through a ?process? that could easily be routine.
