Dr Sharon Klar and the staff are always so nice and takes good care of our animals!
The entire staff at Burch Creek Animal Hospital is wonderful and caring, both of my dogs actually like going to the Doctor,they both know that they will be treated with love and care. As soon as we pull into the parking lot of the hospital, tails begin to wag and when the car doors open they bolt right for the hospital door.
Although they were part of one of the worst experiences of my life they were very understanding and took good care of my dog and me. I was a mess and they helped me through it
Their a very good place, I’ve trusted them with, multiple pets. They were very supportive when I brought in my 7-8 year old cat, who just couldn’t hold any body heat and he passed. Then of course the good fun visits there.
They did once mess up recently, with one of my cats, but I believe it was an isolated incident and need not need to elaborate on it any further, they apologized and checked up a couple times.
It’s a great place to bring your pets. I know I still will.
