One of the first veterinary clinics to turn us away, in what we thought was an emergency. Because we did not have an appointment.
We gave them the benefit of the doubt. And schedule an appointment that was outside the hours of our usual veterinarian for the very next day.
The staff were kind, and the prognosis was terminal.
I would not recommend first-time walk-ins for emergency concerns.
The consultation price was okay. I can’t say that I won’t recommend them because they’re not my usual vet, and we have not built that rapport. They were there when my busy work schedule could not accommodate.
Great care for my pet and very reasonable pricing.

Every person who works here is kind and empathetic and quick to serve. I was there recently to have my 13 year old female Maltese mix put to sleep. It is never an easy experience but from the moment we walked through the door they knew why we were there and expressed their condolences. We were treated so well and Dr Bailey is the sweetest caring and understanding Dr. We weren’t rushed and he talked us through the process and he asked about the life of our sweet dog. It was truly a special experience. I will always go there.
