Dr. Reed was so sweet with our Sonic. Such a terrific experience. She came in and sat down right on the floor where she could get right at his level and appreciate him for who he is. And she’s great with people too. We will not go anywhere else as long as she’s around.
So I took my dog there today very happy with the service we received today I will be taking my dog here from now on the doctor listen to me and understood and the ladies there are very nice wish I could give them more stars thanks you canyon view cares my dog is already feeling much better
Great staff and incredibly knowledgeable. They treat my dog like a king. 👑

They are quick to refill medication either the day I call or the day after.
I called on a Friday needing dental surgery for my dog, and they got her in on Monday. My only issue with that was I’m not sure they even looked at her tooth that broke off which was the whole reason I took her for surgery to begin with.
You can usually get generic appointments only a week or two out.
The second time I went in for a medication consult, they didn’t charge me the $50–I just paid for the meds, which is great.
The people there are all very nice.

My dog has separation anxiety and I’ve tried multiple things to alleviate that, but nothing was working. I came here for anxiety meds because it was the only place that wasn’t booked out one or two months in advance. It ended up being $50 for the vet to walk in, tell me to get a calming pheromone diffuser.. and that was it. Nothing else. That’s extremely expensive for how short the appointment was and how little was accomplished, and my dog wasn’t even examined. I went in needing a prescription and walked out with one sentence worth of advice.
I loved Ribbonwood. Once they changed to Canyon View Cares things have been very rocky. The last straw is I made an appointment for my dog to be spayed MONTHS in advance because my work is closed for a week and needed her spayed that week so I could properly care for her. With only a 20 day courtesy they emailed me saying that the doctor wouldnt be able to do it that week and we would need to reschedule. Since they could no longer get her in that week I had to call 7 different Veterinary Hospitals to try and get her in the week I needed. Finally found a place but it was ridiculous. I will no longer trust this establishment and will not be recommending it to my clients.
