I love the people at Animal Care Center who take care of my yellow lab. They’re professional and caring, and take the time to really understand my concerns. Dr Lyndsay is awesome.
Update: I’ve since been very frustrated with the inability to have my dog seen in a timely manner when he has been sick. It’s almost impossible to get him, and I have ended up having to take him to completely different vets to be checked-out. As of now my doggo is throwing up and not keeping food down and they have no availability for two days. They always just refer to an animal hospital. It’s frustrating. I wish they could accommodate sick pets better. I’ve only been satisfied with preventative care at Animal Care Center, when you can make appointments months in advance for things like vaccines and healthy checkups. Good luck getting in if your pet isn’t feeling well.
They take really good care of your pet.
My dog had an emergency and was in some pain. I called numerous vets, and Animal Care Center was the only one to even consider helping me. They squeezed us in for a consultation the next day, getting my dog on meds, and surgery was the next week. They were so kind and reassuring. I will be taking my dog here from now on. They are amazing!
Over examination and over charge
I have never had a vet that seemed to actually care so much about my animals until animal care center. I love that the vets get down on the floor with my pets to make them comfortable and will call me personally to discuss follow up care and test results. I recommend them to everyone!
