Had a very good experience here (for the circumstances we were there for). This was my first time going to Peak.
They were able to get me in a room within a couple minutes of arriving and we were able to see a vet within an hour or so. All of the people that I interacted with were very pleasant, kind, and did a very good job of explaining what they were doing and checking.
They explained all of the costs to me every step of the way and gave me the information needed to try to make the best decisions. They even let me know the price ranges of the possible next steps. Now, the costs are not cheap (overall cost a few hundred dollars), but that really is not any different from if I when to an urgent care that treated humans. Urgent care centers (or organizations like them) will cost you a little more than a primary care provider.
If I ever need Veterinary urgent care services again for any of my pets, I would not hesitate to go back. I would recommend this organization.
I called yesterday due to my dog getting into the garbage and eating some raw pork. There is woman who I talked to said she would get a hold of urgent care and they would get back to me. I’ve been taking my dog there for months due to her auto immune disease and she has an excellent internal doctor. In I am NOT impressed with the lack of regard with Urgent Care not getting back to me. Someone should have contacted me and discussed this situation
Absolutely amazing caring staffâ¤ï¸ Dr Benitah was so amazing with my baby boy even though he is a “pit bull” she was not afraid nor intimidated by his breed or size we have seen other veterinarians who didn’t show as much care or patience with our boy clearly we never returned to them. Some of the testing we had to do for our boy was pricey and Dr Benitah was very informative of our options she also explained what tests provided more info to help diagnosis Maverick’s condition instead of singling out each test to help cut costs. I definitely recommend Peak for emergency care as well as specialty care.
