This rating is for the receptionist / customer service and not pet care received. I recently called to schedule an appointment for my sick cat and the receptionist was more concerned about past pet care history than finding a suitable time to help my cat. I found her tone to be judgmental rather than providing forward-looking solutions.
Great vet. A little difficult to get an appointment, but that’s everywhere lately. They’re really nice, very knowledgeable, and take great care of my babies.
The staff are always very friendly, and they take good care of my dog. They have some new veterinarians who are great additions to the team there.
