Dr. Jordan was very thorough in our yearly exam. When I came back with wound on my dog’s leg, she was very helpful. Dr. Jordan agreed that the other local vet did not need to prescribe antibiotics for treatment and gave me some tips on how to take care of my dog. Very impressed with their services!
I recently came back for a problem with my dog’s "ACL." Great advice and wisdom. The doctor is passionate about her field and is superb. So thankful for all of her advice and guidance!
Simply asked Gina if I could arrange to make payment for my sons dogs visit. She said she did not have an amount but could call me back. I gave her my number. No call back, she charged my son and when I called her back she did not have any reason why she forgot I called and really couldn’t do much about it. I called at 2:00 p.m., the appointment was at 2:30 p.m. and was over before 3:00 p.m. Awful customer service!
This is an excellent vet. They took care of our dog well for the last half of her life or so, and when we needed to have her put down at the ripe old age of 16, they were there for us on very short notice.
This vet is really bad and will be very nice to you while they take your money and smile. They gave me my dog with bloody paw after blood test and I had to wipe the blood with paper towels , they just want your money but will be very nice.
They gave me old antibiotics and they smelled like rotten eggs. I called them and they told me it fine . Expired antibiotic’s make them money but they did very little for my dog . Please save yourself the trouble and go to a vet that cares for your pet and puts your pet first. Not money. If your pet needs real help go to Virginia Tech vet College on campus in Blacksburg .
This was a bad experience and after trying what they suggested they told me to go some where else because they couldn’t help my dog.
