We were just there for a routine visit, but service was prompt and staff was friendly and professional. They were very good with my anxious dog. I couldn’t ask for more than that.
I have used this veterinary service for about 40 years and more than 10 cats. They have brought seriously ill cats back to health; they have followed up and notified me for upcoming and yearly check appointments; they have been there to help when I was heartbroken over the need to euthanized one.
The doctors and the staff listen. You are your pets’ best advocate and you know what is normal for that specific animal. They take the time to answer questions and explain procedures/meds.
There have been times when no appointment was available (frustrating but understandable), and they have given the names and number of other vets in the area, but I always come back to Amberwood.
Really attentive care, always provide a lot of information, mind and professional staff.
Vet and staff very nice! In an out quickly, didn’t have to wait long before being called back
