Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
I have used veterinarians in various states for approximately 60 years ! I must say this office is THE TOPS ! From the front office, to the veterinarians ( especially Dr. Young ) they are compassionate and forthcoming when it comes to keeping you informed regarding your "pet". I have a Service Dog ( or as I call her, " My Point Man" ) and recently moved to Culpeper with my dog’s records. I am well aware how OCD I can be with her since she is a HUGE part of my life ! I have probably driven the vets and office people to distraction with my constant emails and calls but they have dealt with me with humor, professionalism and constant updates.
This is the only place I bring my cats. They get treated very well, and I really like the vets.
Took my cat same day I called, no appt., called with update, summarized care at pickup, polite, caring staff.
