Called to set up an appointment with one of the Vets recommended by out private vet. Was told not till next week. Well, he needs the test now. Why are they even there?
I went in on a Sunday afternoon for my cat who had jumped and started limping. After waiting an hour, a vet came back and was SO ROUGH with his exam! My cat is to big to be carried by her scruff but he suspended her in the air and effectively traumatized my baby. We left after the initial exam because of how rough she was and it was $90 for just the exam. We went to another vet immediately after who said this place was scheduled to shut down. Do not waste your time or money, they care very little for your pets.
What kind of emergency vet didn’t have a working phone or available voice mail?! Tried calling because if a sick pet, not able to get through at all.
