I don?t like that typically there is only one receptionist at the front desk and you rarely see the veterinarian. They could do better at customer service.
Don’t take your pets here for any circumstances.
Banfield is starting to fall from glory, in my humble opinion. When they make a procedural recommendation, I would council you to follow-up with questions and try to learn what is essential vs. ?nice to have but it will cost a lot.? Then, when I really needed customer service, I found phone calls to be frustrating and that they were really relying on me to make all of the follow-through; even for matters that they said that they would take care of. Bottom line, look out for yourself.
If it?s forecasted to be slick outside, call ahead. Most likely they?re not open.
This Banfield is the epidemy of a failure. The support staff lacks the ability to answer the phone, respond to emails, and approve prescriptions. From the moment you walk in you feel like this office exudes poor management. I’d recommend improving the quality of your staff.
