Amazing. We have a mean female cat. Mats shaved and rabies shot given . Wasn’t sure that anyone could take care of the cat

The front desk people are average, but the technicians and the doctor are awesome. They are nice, polite, friendly and professional.

My dog had a swollen leg they did X-rays and blood work. they said they did not know what was wrong with her. Gave her anti inflammatory meds and antibiotics in oct 2022. Feb 2023 She broke her front leg playing. the ER said She had a cancerous tumor on the swollen leg, cancer n her lungs and bone cancer in her front broken leg and her regular vet should Have known. Will never recommend or bring another animal Here! Moved to norfolk in 2003 and been coming here since.. I really liked Dr Walker and Dr Cleland. Not now! Dont trust them. Also The vet tech needs some much needed bedside manners and etiquette. They tried to get me to go to Er vet right away fir tue seollen leg. The Er vet said this wasn’t a true emergency.
