This is a quantity over quality business model. I shouldn’t have ignored all the one star reviews. They are well-earned.
Don’t believe their wellness plan claims of saving money. They jack up the prices of their services to make a customer feel like they will save money on this scammy plan. Shop around, find a non-corporate vet.
Every time we’ve left our dog for care they have forgotten services requested. Go to a vet that allows you to stay with your pet during routine check-ups and appointments. The reason they can’t allow that is the sheer volume of animals they push through in a day. It’s a volume game for Banfield.

The vet and vet technicians are always incredibly caring towards my pets. They also make sure to effectively explain to me any potential health concerns my pet may have. Great customer service!
