First, Dr.Neff would be my doctor if that were possible. He has the kind of support one needs as a human! He sincerely cares and shows his gentle love by being there for our cats and for us.
Even Whispurr, our newest cat came home calm and loving.He had a rather chaotic beginning.
Talking with other pet owners while waiting to see the staff is also a treat.
We look forward to seeing our wonderful pet care givers! Thank them all.

We’ve been going to Dr Neff for years. He’s been so compassionate and caring with all our fur babies and we trust him explicitly. Jax looks forward to his belly rubs when visiting Crossroads!
The vets are really knowledgeable and nice. They take time to answer questions.
I was recommended to Crossroads by one of my best friends. We saw Dr. Repphun both times and she’s been really awesome. Staff is also very friendly. We recently went to get my dog spayed and she was also due for her vaccines so Dr. Repphun called and said we could do it on the same visit which was great since it saved me trip back later this month. Dr. Repphun called after the surgery to give me updates on my dog, which I greatly appreciated the personal update. I also recommended this place to a neighbor that was looking for a vet and they told me after their visit that they were super happy!
