Should be a zero. dog went in for a nail trim. I told them he should be muzzled as he may nip. Not only was he muzzled they dang near pinned him down as I was trying to calm him down. The gentleman that was helping decided to walk out of the room angry like as Sierra then told me I should leave because they are liable if I get bit by my dog and all the expensive equipment they have in the back. My dog had a panic attack I had to lay on the floor with him for 2 hours to get him to even slow his breathing all they said was oh you’re his mom and you shouldn’t have to be so protective over him. That is my child Fur or not I would not let it happen to my daughter either 1st time I’ve had a bad experience with this place highly disappointed. I almost got physical, took my dog and I will never go back it’s so sad because hes been going there since he was a puppy.
The doctor we had is fantastic!
