My 10 year old cat, foxy, was attacked by raccoon in December of 2022. She was bit on the leg and scratched on the eye. At first, her eye was swelling shut and I was worried it was becoming infected. I took her to Bellevue Pet Clinic and they gave her antibiotic eye drops and instructed us to continue to treat her twice a day for a week. Her eye was beginning to open and things were looking up! Then a week later, foxy began to limp. That is when I noticed that she had a bite on her leg that had began to pus and bleed (it’s almost like it worsened overnight). No other clinic could take her on such short notice and I knew that she had to be seen ASAP due to her behavior (isolating herself, limited movement) and the fact that she would not stop licking her wound. I was shocked to see how fast everything started to go downhill. The day of her original visit, there was no visible wound so it must have gotten infected and swelled. I called Bellevue Value Pet Clinic immediately and they got me in the same day. They cleaned her wound and told me she would need surgery ASAP. They performed surgery on her leg the next morning. All the staff were very kind to me considering how scared I was for my baby. The prices were reasonable and DEFINITELY less expensive in contrast to other pet clinics. She had several visits after (bandage changes) and she was recovering so well! Foxy gets nervous and anxious when at the vet, but they treated her so well and the care for her by the staff was heartwarming! I love how the staff at this clinic genuinely love and care for their furry friends unlike other clinics who just see these animals as nothing more than a check. This was definitely the worst scare I’ve had regarding my cat and I am so so thankful for the vets and staff that helped her along the way. She is back to her cuddly and lovable self now and I have this clinic to thank! I will leave photos of foxy in her first couple days since she was hurt and a photo of her now! Again, thank you x1000 to the staff at Bellevue Vet Clinic!!

I had a cat with a burst cyst on the back of her neck. A different emergency clinic in Redmond wouldn’t tell me what it was, and wanted thousands of dollars to perform emergency surgery. I declined and took my cat home. The next day I went to Bellevue Value Pet Clinic. Immediately the vet told me that’s a burst cyst and not life threatening. I purchased some antibiotics and stuff to keep the wound clean, and it healed just fine for less than 100 dollars.

Make sure you schedule an exam appointment now or you’ll be charged an emergency walk in fee. 20+ years I was told walk in only unless a surgery is scheduled, my bill even says it at the bottom but my walk in fee was much greater! Ear cleaning isn’t surgery. Also, an injection for a larger animal was charged for a small animal. Hopefully it will not make her extremely ill or it was just an UPCHARGE. The average cost is $40 I paid for an injection for a large dog over $100. $400 for an ear issue. I’m blown away. The upcharge happening at a clinic I trusted for so long just makes me sick. These fees doubled what should have been a much cheaper visit at the VALUE pet clinic I used to know.

The lady at the front desk really asked me if I know where to get fentanyl? Seriously?! I was so shocked I didn’t even catch any names unfortunately but I’m pretty sure she is the main desk lady… My first time here and I will never ever be coming back. I tried reporting this to the manager and she just rolled her eyes and laughed at me! So I asked to speak to someone higher up like the main owner and the manager lady said she is the owner! Very rude and not taking me seriously! The front desk lady apparently found out that I tried to report the situation and after I was done paying my bill she litterally went CRAZY, screaming at the at the top of her lungs telling me to leave and get out, then the rest of the staff joined in and ganged up against me. I am offended, I am disgusted, I am shocked. I can’t believe a place like this is around here…

A couple of months ago, I called to confirm if the vet had capability to offer second opinion on dog’s dental condition and teeth extraction necessity. I was told the onsite vet would be comfortable doing so. In the appointment, vet checked her teeth and recommended no extraction and asked me to set appointment for non-anesthetic dental cleaning. Paid an examination fee.

Fast forward to yesterday, at the dental cleaning appointment, dentist was unable to do anything due to extraction necessity. I was charged $75 for a pure assessment and non cleaning.
Should have directly recommended me for the dentist appointment in the first place. Paid twice for the same issue and delayed treatment.
