Had a work emergency come up and called 3 hours before my appointment to reschedule. The receptionist said I had no record for an appointment and couldn’t find me in the system. Then hours later they called while I was working to ask where I was, AFTER I had already called to cancel. Then they charged me the deposit for the appointment. Can’t even imagine how awful they would do caring for your pet when they can’t even handle clients in the system properly — they also have zero empathy for emergencies. Go somewhere else.
My 13 year old corgi has come here for physical therapy since having back surgery at age 10. Caring staff, easy scheduling. Highly recommended.

I took my new puppy to Cascade for her well puppy check. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and even tho I forgot my paperwork they told me I could text it to them when I got home. Everything was thoroughly explained, the cost stated right up front before anything was done. Compared to last vet I was at, this was like night and day. I?m so happy I went to Cascade and I will only take my girl here from now on.
I just moved here but wanted to say, I love this hospital. I took my sweet dog here a week into moving in to get him established and 3 days later he died tragically. Even though they did not know him well as a long-time patient, I received a condolence card signed by everyone in the office. I cried my eyes out at that kindness and saved the card to read their sweet words of encouragement. Losing a pet when you’re new to town and don’t know anyone is very isolating, and that card meant a great deal to me. We’ve (now) got 3 pets, 2 of which are special needs. When we brought our little CH kitten Minnie Lou for a check up, they treated her like a tiny celebrity, which made us laugh. I think skill is obviously a very important thing when choosing a vet team, but there is so much to say about kindness as well. I’m really grateful to have found this hospital (recommended to me by a former employee!), and I know we will be lifers with them.
