10/16/2022 Update – we have continued to receive outstanding care at EMPAH. Recently, we had to bring in our 18 year old cat, Taz, because she had lost weight and had no appetite. Dr. A. Moore helped us to make the difficult decision to euthanize Taz. She was wonderful and was very compassionate and empathetic. The staff, including front desk receptionist, Yvonne, were also excellent during this difficult time. We opted for personal cremation and were able to bring Taz’s ashes (and paw print) home in a beautiful wooden box soon after the event. I can highly recommend Dr. Moore and the staff at EMPAH for the care of your pets. Previous review: Simply the best!! We have been taking our fur kids (4 cats and 2 dogs) to EMPAH since 2008. Our primary veterinarian is Dr. Spolek. She is a wonderfully warm, compassionate, and extremely skilled doctor. We have also had great experiences with Dr. Phelps and Hooper. Besides having fantastic doctors, we also appreciate that EMPAH is open 7 days a week! The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you have an urgent problem, they will do their best to get your pet an appointment in a timely manner. Sadly, we have lost 3 of our beloved pets recently. Dr. Spolek and Phelps were there to help us make the difficult decision to let them go. We would never go anywhere else.
I haven’t had an actual appointment yet, just scheduled one, but the receptionist Emily was so wonderful! She is kind and attentive, she listens thoughtfully, and I can tell she genuinely cares about both the human and fur baby clients! 5/5 stars so far just by talking to Emily!
I can not say enough good things about this vet and staff! Hayley, Sammy and Emily were amazing.
They took such good care of our Bella and were so helpful to us through the process. Answered every question, kepts us informed through out.
I could tell they honestly love all these animals being taken care of.

We all know that pet care is expensive, but on the bright side, they really care about your pets here. I have a bearded dragon and the staff is knowledgeable, kind, and considerate when dealing with her.
