Went there for the first time to get my puppy his shots. Clean place, everyone was nice, just wish that I could see them do his physical examination instead of taking him to the back. You don’t really know if he was actually looked at. Just gotta take their word. Been to vets before where they do everything in the room with you so you know what is really being done.
Update: Just for home from second visit for my dog to get his last round of shots. Well, finally met the Dr. Honestly wish I never had. He was very judgemental. Talked down to me like as if I was a child. Mind you, I have a 3 month old Cane Corso who is very sweet and gentle. I don’t know if he stereotyped me because of my race with the breed. He asked me so badly questions like where did I get him, what breeder, etc. As if I shouldn’t have him. I reassured him that I’ve had a Pit Bull of almost 100 pounds that was gentle and sweet. He unfortunately died of old age…. I got this puppy from after losing my husband, I wanted companionship and a guardian type dog. This was my last time visiting there.
The staff was wonderful and compassionate during a very difficult time.

So grateful for Dr. Reich and the staff at Vets and Pets!! My senior dog had a large tumor that began to ulcerate. The staff was able to move up his surgery and the care was better than any clinic I?ve been to. They are professional, personable and take pride in their work. Plus?it?s affordable! Thank you for caring for Bojangles!
