Our bunny is our first pet and Gentle Care is the first vet clinic we’ve ever gone too. The doctor, techs, and staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me work through my bunny’s issue plus helped educate me on her general care. I will recommend Gentle Care to anyone and will continue going there as needed.
When my pet needed a veterinarian, I called 3 different vets before I discovered Gentle Vet. The vet was carrying and knowledgeable. Pricing is very reasonable.
I went here with my three guinea pigs for about 2 years. One passed away last August and we decided to bring a new little guy into our lives a couple months ago. All of my guinea pigs are rescues and with that comes some health issues sometimes but Dr. Gusner helps get them in tip top shape. Everyone there is so supportive and kind (and funny). They are also really good at communicating prices through the visit which when you have 3 exotic pets is very helpful. Sadly we are moving so they will no longer be patients but I 100% recommend this vet to anyone.
My husband & I stumbled upon Gentle Vet last year after discovering none of the vets in our area see/treat poultry. We can’t imagine bringing our chickens anywhere else for care! We’ve had overwhelmingly positive experiences with Dr. Gray & Dr. Quandt-Walle as well as CVT’s Crystal & Nicole. I recently requested an appointment online & was so impressed with how quickly they got us on the schedule (within 24 hours). Not only is the entire staff knowledgeable and patient, they do a fantastic job explaining health issues & treatment options in an accessible way that makes things easy to understand/less overwhelming. The staff’s genuine love of animals is evident in the quality of care they provide; we feel our birds are truly taken care of here. We haven’t encountered the same level of care, compassion, & kindness anywhere else in northeast WI and can’t recommend Gentle Vet highly enough!
