Excellent, been at Banfield for over 10 years now and my dog Teddy has been treated very well 👠😊.
Used the west side location for my dog and now using the east side location for our 2 brand new kitties. Love the wellness plan options and staff is friendly and great at both locations.
Do not use wellness plan. Dog passed away in August and they are still charging me monthly. They said I owe a usage fee. The usage fee is all charges at biannual checkups you thought you were saving money on. They print you a receipt showing the money you saved on plan but once your dog passes they make you pay it all back. They even charged me a usage fee for euthanasia even though I was told at clinic I paid for everything up front. Not to mention they took a xray of my dog and told me it wasnt good enough and I had to spend money at another place to get another one. I brought my dog in March of 2022 and they dodnt detect a lung tumor until June. It was too late!
I tried to cancel my second dog after this and they said I had to pay for entire previous visit in order to cancel. Pretty sure 1 checkup shouldnt cost 700 dollars when all it was, was a biannual checkup. My second dog passed away in January (was old guy) and I am still being charged monthly costs. So i am still paying monthly costs for 2 dogs that passed away. I Should have never relied on this place! Do not use this plan, better to go with insurance for emergencies and pay for annual visits. This is not a insurance plan, they dont pay for any emergency visits which can cost into the thousands!!
